How to Initial a Return/Exchange Request:
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days.
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to hello@funkswoodenwonders.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf and you will receive a return label to print to the shipping carrier. If the return is a result of our error or defective product, after inspection, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.
Order Cancellation:
Customers are required to pay a $20 fee to cancel an order. No cancellations will be accepted if the items have already left our warehouse and you received the information to track your order.
Customers will not be required to pay a $20 cancellation fee if the product hasn’t shipped within the indicated time frame of shipment on the product page.
