Return & Refund Policy
- We offer free returns in the case your item arrived defective or damaged.
- Customers have a 48 hours window from the time of delivery to report defectiveness, loss, or damage.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.
- No returns will be accepted if customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or no longer wants the item.
- We will cover the shipping cost to return an item if they are defective or damaged.
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Damages: Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf and you will receive a return label to print to the shipping carrier. If the return is a result of our error or defective product, after inspection, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.
Order Cancellation: Free Cancellations within 24 hours from the time you placed your order. If exceeded, customers may be required to pay a $20 fee. Cancellations will not be accepted if the items have already shipped out to your address. To cancel your order, please contact us via email at email@example.com and you'll shortly be assisted.
