Shipping Policy
Shipping time differs by product type. Under the description of most products, you'll find the estimated time of delivery or shipping time. If there's not an ETA on the product page, shipping time is 3-7 days by default. Shipping Policy: Once we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within three business days from the date of your order unless otherwise is indicated in the product page under the Shipping tab. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. - Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
- Lead time excludes Weekends, National Holidays, and any scheduled downtime due to system maintenance.
- Please check the Estimated Time of Arrival under each product description.
International Custom Fees: Orders outside of the USA are subject to possible taxes and customs fees in the destination country. Any costs thereto pertaining are at the consignee’s expense. They are to be paid directly to the transporter upon delivery. The customer is also responsible for verifying the possibilities of importing ordered items with respect to the governing laws of the destination country. We recommend the customer contact their local customs authorities for further information. Track your Order: If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within three business days from the date of your order unless otherwise is indicated in the product page under product description. - Customers may return an item if it arrived defective or damaged.
- Customers have a 48 hours window from the time of delivery to report defectiveness, loss, or damage.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.
- No returns will be accepted if customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or no longer wants the item.
- We will cover the shipping cost to return a defective/damaged item.
- If the item is defective or damaged, customers may exchange for the same item for no additional cost.
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange Request:
- Send an email to hello@funkswoodenwonders.com with your order confirmation number & describe the issue.
- Attach a picture of the defective product to help us process your new shipment faster. (required)
- You'll receive a shipping label to your email which you can provide to the shipping carrier.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days.
Damages: Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to hello@funkswoodenwonders.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf and you will receive a return label to print to the shipping carrier. If the return is a result of our error or defective product, after inspection, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.
Order Cancellation: Free Cancellations within 24 hours from the time you placed your order. If exceeded, customers may be required to pay a $20 fee. Cancellations will not be accepted if the items have already shipped out to your address. To cancel your order, please contact us via email at hello@funkswoodenwonders.com and you'll shortly be assisted.
Covid-19 & Holidays Delays: Due to Covid-19, online shopping has tremendously increased and orders may take longer than expected to be delivered. The estimated delivery times on each product page are estimates which are only accurate during normal times. As the holidays approach, those estimates become less accurate for some items. We appreciate your understanding!
