We purchased this item as a floor mattress for our daughter's reading nook. We are beyond thrilled with the comfort and thickness. It is so comfy in fact that our dog can often be found resting there- I contacted customer support in fear that muddy paws had ruined it- after a friendly and prompt reply I was given the green light with care instructions(machine washable). This item is beautiful, comfortable and washable. A win-win!
